PT. Nutrifood Indonesia attempts to be a pioneer & market leader, the company has a great mission to inspire a nutritious life to achieve life balance. To personify this mission, Nutrifood makes efforts to understand their consumers in every phase of life, identifies their unique needs, and give solutions; especially through products and services to gain a good quality of life. Nutrifood trusted WGS to develop a middleware application, which is installed between their BI (Business Intelligence) and Android application. The role of middleware is to split three databases from Microsoft’s BI, called cube into two-dimensional databases that can be read by Android. This Android application enables Nutrifood's executive to access BI data real time from online and mobile through Android. WGS developed the application on top of Ruby on Sinatra. WGS insight is that, cases mentioned could be attained by breaking existing cube into two-dimensional databases by using middleware application. This middleware is stored and distributed to users who access it, so that there will be no burden on the existing BI server.

The client wanted to gain required data and information from mobile device, so that they could take decisions immediately and appropriately.
