Project Overview

Developed with Ruby on Rails specifically for Android, this app is an internal information extender. Made for the field officers, this app only requires GPRS connection to serve as a task management tool. Admin will distribute tasks to specific divisions, and supervise the completion via task-status pointers: 1. New / Launched. The new SK (task) sent
2. Read. SK has been read / received but not yet implemented
3. Tick / Checklist. SK has been implemented

To elevate task delivery process and push security of data delivery to a more advanced level.

Distribute tasks to the chosen individuals, pushed via their Android mobile devices.

By switching to paperless technology, data recalling and monitoring will be done in a whole different level of efficiency.
